Our Story

First and foremost, we’ve loved Costa Rica for years. Not natives to the area (we’re Canadian!), we spent many happy vacations enjoying the entire country before deciding that Ojochal was THE best place to look for a place to live and host our guests.

We bought this hotel in early 2017 and spent much of the year upgrading and renovating the entire property with brand new fixtures and fittings.

We can’t wait to welcome you to our little piece of Paradise in Costa Rica!
